The production includes both single machines and working lines to be inserted in the various stages of processing: reception, salting, washing and deboning.

All stages of production starting to the procurement of the raw material to processing and final assembly are performed internally in the company thanks to qualified personnel and latest generation machinery, this allows us to have extreme flexibility and to contain production costs.
