Washing machine for washing hams or similar products after resting and cured, hanging on sliding frames on guideways or on wheeled trolleys.

The machine consisting of a cabin built in stainless steel with 1 or 2 pneumatic opening doors.

Washing with disposable water, complete with double pump unit, electrical panel and buffer tank in stainless steel cabinet.

The machine is equipped with a washing system, with dynamic action:

The washing manifolds work horizontally, they move from top to bottom by rotating also on its axis with an angle that allows a good cleaning in all points.

Operation:

An operator places the frame or the equipment in the central position of the structure, commands the doors to close and starts the washing cycle.

The frame is axially blocked by two pneumatic cylinders that act on the sliding wheels, while two guides prevent it from swinging.

The machine has a settable washing program that includes several passes (based to the products to be washed) with adjustable speed, all working times can be modified from the keyboard.

At the end of the cycle, an aspirator starts up, preceding the opening of the door to aspirate and expel the steam present in the cabin.
