Continuous cycle automatic machine ideal for desalting mainly hams or similar products by using a forced air blower to remove the salt and leave the treated surfaceperfect; equipped with front tank for salt recovery.

The arrangement of the nozzles directs the air on the surface of the ham (upper part, lower part and on both sides), thus ensuring its cleanliness.

The air blown onto the product is a clean air surrounding the machine, and is filtered by a special filter in order to blow air on the product free from any contagion that could alter its hygienic characteristics.
