Pneumatic stapling system for boneless seasoned ham.
Once boned, the ham is open and the stapling machine is required to close the leg part.
Single-shot operation with safety; at each fastening operation the trigger must be pressed after placing the stapler mouth in contact with the material to release the trigger from the safety.
The ham is held still and the staple is fired on the affected area closing the cut.
