Automatic machine to cut cured meats in various size choised.
Possibility of having it with “V” transport suitable for cutting round products: Mortadella-Coppa – Rolled bacon – Bresaola and other products,
or with the flat ribbon, suitable for flat products: Speck – bacon – Raw ham-Cooked ham and other products, with dimensions included in the cutting range indicated below.
Guillotine system, precise and regular thanks to a shaped blade which does not damage the product.
Equipped with a system of photocells for reading product length.
