AUTOMATIC GOUGEE MOD. MPD

Automatic machine with single loading station designed for deboning cured raw hams of all shapes and sizes. New completely stainless steel model for hygiene and cleaning, all mechanical parts are stainless steel or food-grade plastic, stainless steel pneumatic cylinders.

Productive cycle:

– an operator feeds the hams without shank onto the fixing trolley, a mechanical stop indicates the position of the nocetta (head of the femoral bone); once the ham has been positioned, the operator will press the button which will start the work cycle;

– two plates, one upper and one lower, secure the ham

– the reading tips determine the height of the ham;

– a pressure arch moves the lower part of the ham away from the head of the femoral bone

– the impressionr cuts the head of the femoral bone

– the gouges guided by the imprinter enter the ham

– once the gouging phase is completed, the operator carries out the product unloading phase  automatically.
