Aging is the maturation phase of the salami during which molds develop.
The rice flour is then added to give it a more pleasant appearance and to absorb any moisture released after packaging.
The pluming flouring machine for salami was created to make the flour adhere electrostatically to the salami (or the product to be floured) automatically
The machine consists of a conveyor belt electrostatically charged and interrupted in the middle to facilitate the application of the flour in the lower part of the product.
The operator places the product on the belt, when it moves under the sprayed area, a collector is activated by spraying the flour over the entire surface. Subsequently, the product leaves the tunnel ready to be packaged in flow packs or by other methods.
The flour is placed in a special stainless steel tank, the machine automatically recognizes when the tank is empty and gives an alarm.
The machine is built in compliance with all current CE and international regulations both in terms of hygiene and safety for the operator
The belt drive gearmotors, all components and the machine as a whole are subjected to continuous suction by the filtration fan and are suitable for classified areas according to ATEX 2D.
