Semi-automatic machine for the pressing of fresh speck. Built in stainless steel, it is composed of n. 8 compartments which can contain 10/13 products, each  (H.1500 mm.), n. 8  upper cylinders for the pressing, driven by means of a pneumaticdistributor,  equipped with n. 5 + 5 hinged doors for the front closing and n. 5 + 5 for the rear closing.
