Semi-automatic machine for pressing bresaola / ham / etc.

Operation:

The operator places the product inside the work compartment, separated from the relative shelves and side separators.

By activating a two-hand control (in accordance with CE safety standards), the machine starts the pressing cycle for the desired time.
