Automatic machine for molding boneless hams, speck, bacon or cured meats in general in ‘brick’ shapes.

The machine exerts an adjustable impulse thrust (massage) via a touch screen on the entire surface of the flesh mass, determining the shaping of the product according to the design of the mold, eliminating the air spaces inside it.

The product can be at ambient temperature or frozen

The pressing takes place horizontally with front ejection, the length of the product will vary according to its weight. The pressed product has a constant section, this allows for regular slicing, reducing waste to a minimum.

The side opening of the mold, in addition to facilitating introduction, avoids damage to the product during the pressing phase.

The functional multi-mold system highlights the potential of the machine which, in addition to carrying out the pressing in a short time, makes it possible to simultaneously process various products.

The quick format change is an additional advantage for those who want to equip the machine with multiple molds of different shapes or sizes to follow market demands or simply perform a more thorough cleaning of the machine or the molds themselves.

Machine particularly suitable for molding products such as bacon, lard or ‘delicate’ products but can be used for all types of cured meats (HAM-SPECK- SGAMBATO – BRESAOLA-COPPA- ..), max mold length 650 mm .

The machine can work with a 3-sided and 2-sided pressing system (mounting formats

adequate).
