Automatic marking machine for slaughtered pigs.

The branding takes place on the go and includes the following types of brands:

– Ham, bacon, loin, quartino area: CEE hot stamp (stainless steel stoves / brands)

– Quarter area: Alphanumeric code with ‘food’ ink, variable marking

The half-carcasses arrive in pairs, near the machine by rail, they enter the marking area where they are recognized (right / left) and are branded with heat and ink according to the needs of the slaughterhouse.

The half carcasses are at a temperature of approx. 30 ° C slightly humid. To have a good marking, a jet of hot air dries the rind before and after the ink jet.This area must not be subject to any kind of contact for at least 30 seconds.

– hot marks with heating by low voltage resistors, these work alternately to maintain a good stamping temperature.

– Alcohol-based food inkjet marker, text settable from keyboard

– low pressure / high flow blowers to dry the areas of the mizzen to be marked with ink.
