Automatic machine for the cointrolled heat branding of hams and other similar products: specks, bacons, etc. through a branding unit in the lower part.

The machine interchangeable devices enable to brand the product in the “back” area by means of one or more symbols which can be fast replaced also during the production cycle. It is used both in the trimming phase (fresh raw product) and in the sending phase (weathered product).
