Tunnel machine designed to perform a 360 ° sanitization cycle on any type of pack of salami or other foods in a vacuum bag.
The machine consists of a “corrugated” type food plastic conveyor belt interrupted in the middle to facilitate the application of the detergent in the lower part of the bag.
The operator places the product (in the bag) on the belt, when it moves under the sprayed area, a manifold is activated by spraying the sanitizing substance over the entire surface. Subsequently the product comes out of the tunnel ready to be removed from the package in optimal hygienic conditions.
The detergent is placed in the special stainless steel tank, the machine automatically recognizes when the tank is empty and gives an alarm.
