equippedwith the new patented saimec system for the physical-mechanical massage, pneumatically operated: it consists of a 3 stainless steel drums with adjustable pressure in upper part and 5 eccentric rollers in the lower part. This device causes a through movement of muscles and joints and an accurate draining of the capillaries from blood.

This new device causes a thorough movement of the muscles and joints, a homogeneous penetration of the salt and a quicker osmosis process, this means also quicker curing, accurate draining of the capillaries from blood and colour evenness on the final product.
 
• Automatic rubbing-presalting machine PRS/X    
With this type of rubbing the pigskin is softened and massaged to facilitate pores opening, therefore a better preparation to the next salting stage with dry or damp salt. Equipped with salt mix thank.  
• Automatic machine for salting ham and other products SAL/2    
The new fall salting system allows a uniformly distribution of salt on the ham, adjustable as to quantity and target area. The machine works with dry or damp salt. The group is provided with mix tank for recovery and preparation of salt with aromas and other ingredients.
